The purpose of the organization is the preservation and protection of lives and property from and during such fire, medical, and all other emergencies or catastrophes as may occur in Elk Township and to stand ready to assist any neighboring community for the same purpose.
Current Projects/Needs: The department is undergoing renovations to the dining hall to bring a more updated appearance. Our next project is replacing the concrete apron in front of the station to provide a place to maintain each apparatus. We are also seeking companies able to donate material or equipment that would be just as helpful as a monetary donation.
All of your generosity is greatly appreciated and we can’t thank you enough for your support through participation in chicken BBQ, golf scramble and turkey party! We look forward to seeing everyone over the course of the year.
