*Due to COVID both meetings will be virtual. ZOOM meeting invitations will be provided for attendees.*

Please plan to attend the informational planning meeting to learn what’s NEW for the Warren Gives 2021! Match amount, new incentive prizes, check acceptance, promotions and more. Representatives of participating organizations are strongly encouraged to attend. No need to RSVP.

February to March 1st – Review your page & plan your promotion of the event.
Organization pages should be reviewed to make sure your organizations contact information, mission and critical needs are correct. Follow the instructions on the “Update Your Org Page” found under the “For Organizations” menu tab. Page updates should be submitted by April 1st.
April 19 to May 19 – Go Time!
Remind your supporters to visit www.warrengives.org to donate on
Wednesday, May 19th between 6am and 10pm.
Use email, publicize on your website, Facebook and social media, printed material, newspapers, radio, TV, public meetings, word of mouth – spread the word every way you can to those who will donate to your organization on event day!

Event Recaps to be announced the week following in local media and at www.warrengives.org
Donor reports and checks will be delivered by mail as soon as possible after the event – plan on up to two weeks.
