The Board of Directors of the Community Foundation has established two criteria for organizations to be considered for inclusion in Warren Gives.
They are:

  1. The Organization has established a fund at the Community Foundation of Warren County.
  2. The Organization has received a grant from the Community Foundation of Warren County.

Meeting one or both of these criteria does not guarantee participation in Warren Gives.  The Foundation Board of Directors makes the final decision on all organizations.
The deadline to apply for inclusion in the Warren Gives Event is December 31st of the year prior to the event.
Interested organizations should have their President or authorized representative provide the following information:
Organization Name
Key Contact
Whether the organization meets criterion 1 or 2 listed above, or both.
