Redevelopment of 118 East Main Street

The Revitalization of Youngsville (ROY) took a significant step forward by purchasing 118 East Main Street, the former Fairmont Hotel location with the goal in mind to transform it into a community plaza. This area and need aligns with the Youngsville Downtown Master plan developed in partnership with the Youngsville Borough.
Our approach to this project follows a three-phase plan:

•Phase 1 – Securing the Location (Completed)
ROY invested $30,000 to secure the property and complete asbestos studies.

• Phase 2 – Demolition (Completed)
The existing structure has been safely demolished, clearing the way for redevelopment.

• Phase 3 – Redevelopment (In Progress)

We now have a finalized design plan and cost estimate for a public plaza that will transform this space into a vibrant community hub. The plaza will feature:
• A stage for live performances and events
• A gathering space for social and community activities
• Benches and chairs for seating and relaxation

How You Can Help!
This year, contributions through Warren Gives will go directly toward funding the community plaza. We are also securing support through grants, foundation funding, local business sponsorships, and other community fundraising efforts.
Every donation moves us closer to bringing this vision to life—a space where families, friends, and future generations can gather, celebrate, and create new memories. Together, we are shaping the future of Youngsville!
