The John and Orpha Blair Hospice Residence
A truly uncommon option for rural communities, thanks to forward thinking leadership and the generosity of our community we are proud to offer the J&O Blair Residence. The residence offers 24-hour nursing care to Warren County patients and their families who choose this option.
The Residence provides a home away from home experience where guests, families, and friends get to focus on their remaining time together, confident that their loved one is receiving the highest quality care in a beautiful and peaceful setting.
Nestled on a woodland lot, guests and families enjoy both the indoors and out. With two decks on opposite sides of the home, guests can appreciate what nature has to offer, including the sound of bird calls or the flow of the nearby forest creek.
This unique alternative to institutional care has 3 private suites, private bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining room, and a large living room where families can gather. With 2 on-site guest rooms, the Residence can accommodate overnight stays.
Guest care plans are designed to support both the guest and their family. The staff and volunteers are trained to deliver individualized care unique to each guest and their family. Families are provided with caregiver support and encouragement.
