How is Donor information handled: All donor contact and gift information received during Warren Gives will be provided to the respective organizations after the final numbers are calculated and checks are distributed, unless the donor selects the option to remain anonymous, in which case the organization will receive information on the amount but not who the donor is.
Organizations Responsibilities: Organizations must also have a current profile page created on this website by March 21 of the event year, promote their organizations participation in Warren Gives to the best of their ability, and organizations may not donate to themselves. Organizations should NOT channel on-going pledge campaigns or membership dues through Warren Gives.
How do I update my organizations Warren Gives page: Email any necessary changes to lag.cfwc@westpa.net. All page updates must be submitted by March 21 and those updates will be completed by the first week in April.
How does the match pool work: The Community Foundation of Warren County will grow each Warren Gives donor’s gift by providing a prorated match to each gift made to each charitable organization thanks to the Match Pool Sponsors. Only the first $1,000 of a donors gift to your organization is match eligilbe. Example: Say a donor gifts your organization $2,000. Your organization will receive the full $2,000 donation but only the first $1,000 will have match dollars added to it. The total match pool will be divided among the participating charitable organizations match eligible donations. Every Warren Gives donation grows!
