The Warren Public Library is proud to be a welcoming, free gateway to learning, connection, and discovery for everyone in our service area. As a District Center, our reach extends far beyond the city of Warren—because everyone deserves access to knowledge and community.
Whoever you are and whatever brings you through our doors, you are welcome here. Your address doesn’t matter. Your circumstances don’t matter. You belong.
We serve every age, every background, every identity, every ability, every belief, and every financial situation—and we do it with care, respect, and absolutely no cost.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are committed to providing open access, lifelong learning, and a safe, inclusive space for all.
The mission of the Warren Library Association is to act as a community hub; a welcoming place for all people to learn, grow, and connect.
Current Needs:
Technology & Internet Access: From public computers and WiFi to printers and software, technology is a lifeline for many library users. Upgrades and maintenance ensure everyone – regardless of income – can stay connected.
Books & Digital Collections: Our community’s interests evolve, and so must our shelves. Funding allows us to expand our print and digital materials so every reader, learner, and explorer finds something meaningful.
Thank you for believing in the power of a public library. Your support truly makes a difference.
