House of Hope of Warren County

Mar 21, 2013

MISSION:
House of Hope exists to provide a safe and structured environment where women coming out of prison for addiction-related offenses can experience God’s unconditional love, forgiveness, and transforming power. Our mission is to support their journey to become healthy, self-sufficient, and contributing members of society through housing, recovery support, and life-skills development.

ABOUT:
The House of Hope is a 5-bedroom home for women seeking a safe, sober place after leaving prison for addiction-related offenses. Residents share a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and each has a bedroom with a small safe for personal items. House of Hope provides a mentor for each woman and a weekly life recovery group. Women are expected to participate in community 12-step meetings, as appropriate, and to attend religious services,

Our program is built on faith-based principles, focusing on restoration and empowerment. Through a structured environment and compassionate guidance, residents are given the opportunity to heal and grow. We are a cost-effective organization with minimal overhead, thanks to the commitment and dedication of trained volunteers who lead and support our programs.
