HOSPICE of WARREN COUNTY
Our Vision: A community that thoughtfully embraces compassionate end-of-life care and the treatment of grief as integral parts of a life well lived.
Our Mission: Providing compassionate end-of-life care, assuring dignity for body, mind, and spirit.
As the only not-for-profit Hospice agency providing comprehensive services to Warren County since 1979, we value:
- People – we focus on the entire family system, providing support to our patients and their families.
- Community – We are responsible financial stewards who use our resources to benefit all members of our community, regardless of their ability to pay.
- Accountability – We are leaders and active participants in community education, support, and advocacy for end-of-life care and bereavement support.
How Hospice of Warren County Makes a Difference
Our staff and volunteers provide compassionate, specialized, and professional:
- Hospice Care – physician-led, interdisciplinary team support for the whole family.
- Grief Support by The Schorman Center – where specialized grief support for all Warren County neighbors, regardless of age or Hospice affiliation.
- The John and Orpha Blair Hospice Residence – 24/7 hospice care in a homelike setting for those who desire or require additional support as caregiving needs increase.
